The MWSG will reopen with COVID-safe sewing sessions in the Brunswick Baptist Church Hall on Wednesday 24th November 2021.

In compliance with current health directions, you will need to:

Check-in using the QR code.

We will reopen with COVID-safe sewing sessions in the Brunswick Baptist Church Hall on Wednesdays starting on 13th January 2021 at 12:30 PM. Mask is required and to be worn indoors during the session at all times. Saturday sessions will still be on Zoom.

Exciting Announcement to all members!!!
Our Sewing group is going online!
We invite you to join us for an hour of all things sewing and craft!
We will be videoing live on our Facebook group page every Wednesday at 12:30pm and Saturday at 2:30pm.

We aim to keep our sessions light and entertaining - a distraction to the current world events and we reserve the right to delete content that is not craft related.

MWSG Statement on Coronavirus
MWSG will suspend our Sewing sessions as of today, 21 March 2020, 4pm until further notice.
The health and safety of our Sewing Community is very important for us. Since we are no longer able to guarantee maximal social distancing during our sessions and most of our members are using public transport to come to our sewing group, we have made the decision to stop our sewing sessions in the Hall of the Brunswick Baptist Church as per today 4pm until further notice.
We are working on alternatives to continue our sewing sessions in a different way using the internet and to keep in touch with everybody in other ways.
We will keep you all updated!
